Team and Volunteers

In Switzerland
We are a small, committed team working mainly from Basel. Most of us are volunteers who take care of everything—packing, sorting, making phone calls, handling logistics, and responding to urgent needs. Every parcel is packed by hand and with care.

Thanks to a generous private donor, we have been able to hire three Ukrainian refugees since the beginning of 2025. They bring not only their language skills and cultural knowledge, but also a deep commitment to helping their own people. Their work is essential—and this support also gives them financial stability and a meaningful role while living in Switzerland.

In Ukraine
We coordinate with a trusted network of local volunteers, doctors, and social workers in around 40 locations across Ukraine. These are people we have known since the beginning of the war—people who stay in contact with families, assess real needs, and distribute the parcels we send.

Thanks to their help, we are able to reach elderly individuals in remote villages, children with severe disabilities, and newly displaced families even in frontline areas.
