Who we help

Children with Disabilities

"Each week, we prepare aid packages for 10–15 children with disabilities.” Every story is unique — and every child matters.”

● Currently, we are trying to support over 280 children with disabilities, referred to us by volunteers, social workers, or their
own families.

● The actual number is even higher, as we also provide help to critically ill infants and orphans who remain in hospitals.

● Most of these children have lost at least one parent or are raised in extreme poverty.

● Public assistance has significantly declined, and many families are no longer receiving even the most essential item of medication, physiotherapy, diapers, or hygiene products.

● Most of these families live now below the poverty line. Often, the children have no proper bed, no adaptive equipment (special wheelchairs, crutches, etc.), and sometimes are lacking in the minimum conditions for daily care.

● One of the most urgent needs is for specialized diapers for children weighing between 18 and 57 kg — hard to find and unaffordable for most families.

● Many children require custom-made clothing or medical equipment, such as fitted wheelchairs.

● In most cases, one parent becomes a full-time caregiver, with no opportunity to earn an income.

● Critical surgeries which many children require have already been indefinitely postponed.

We provide personalized aid packages with everything from warm clothing and specialized nutrition to medical supplies, mobility aids, and properly sized diapers. Each package is more than material support — it’s hope, care, and a reminder that these children are not forgotten. Together, we help their families keep going.

Orphaned Children

“So many lost a parent on the front line. This is a category where the numbers are rising quickly.”

● Currently, we are trying to support over 351 children which lost at least one parent, referred to us by volunteers, social workers, or their own families.

● We support both orphanages and families or grandparents who have taken in orphaned children without receiving any government assistance until the legal process is completed.

● These children have experienced trauma, loss, and sudden displacement.

● We provide clothing, hygiene kits, school supplies, and comforting personal items to help them feel safe and cared for.

We make sure they know they are not forgotten.

Elderly in Crisis

“Many of them have already survived one war in their lifetime—and are now enduring another.”

● We are currently trying to support over 400 elderly individuals in the Kherson region.

● Most live alone in remote villages with no shops or medical care.

● Many are disabled and have no family support or mobility.

We send parcels with food, hygiene products, cleaning products, adult diapers, warm blankets, candles, and medical equipment, such as wheelchairs, rollators, crutches, canes—essentials that help them survive in harsh conditions.

Recently Internally displaced Families

“Some families fled while their homes were burning. Others left everything behind overnight.”

● We are trying to assist 3–4 newly displaced families each week.

● Most arrive with nothing—no clothes, no bedding, no household basics.

● Many are single mothers caring for multiple children alone, while the fathers are fighting for their freedom.

Our packages include clothing, diapers, towels, kitchen utensils, and other essentials to help them start over. We send what we can afford, as quickly as possible.

Hospitals & Rehabilitation

● Ongoing deliveries to 3 hospitals, 3 orphanages, and 1 children trauma center..

● Items include medical equipment, hospital beds, physiotherapy tools, and hygiene products, all based on precise current needs.

Our deliveries continue weekly, as long as supplies and funding allow. We rarely buy the items needed, but sometimes we receive donated items.
